Return and Refund Policy

Please review the refund and return policy closely:

• All purchases through third party platforms will follow their  business model & decisions. No determination will be made from anyone representing My Dream Attic, LLC unless requested from the applicable selling platform. Facts will be presented in defense of any claims that are opened requesting returns or refunds through the applicable platform.
• No refunds on direct  purchases from My Dream Attic, LLC. Merchandise sold online, and picked up in person should be viewed thoroughly at time of pickup. All in person  sales final, unless determined exception should be made at time of purchase. 
• Shipped Items Policy: Refund or return request must be emailed for review within 24 hours of delivery notification by the shipping carrier. All returns must be approved prior to mailing back. Buyer will purchase a  mailing label for the return with the approved carrier and shipping method. Refunds for the cost of purchase and shipping fees will be processed back to buyer, once the item is received by My Dream Attic, in the condition it was sold.
